Pricing – Massage Pricing
- We have a 2-hour cancellation policy that applies to day of moves, reschedules, & no-shows. We charge the full price for any of these reasons. Read More on our cancellation policy.
- We can issue an HSA/FSA receipt for insurance if you provide a doctor’s note with a diagnosis code.
- Our booking and note system is fully HIPPA compliant
- Discounts cannot be combined/layered.
- Gift Certificates and Packages are non-refundable after 30 days and not re-redeemable for cash value.

- We are committed to not selling treatment you do not need.
- Wellness Membership Program is specifically-designed to have zero hassle and obligation. Memberships are paid month-to-month, with no long-term commitment.
Commitment
We are committed to not selling treatment you do not need. We are often asked what is a 'normal massage' schedule. Many people come in as needed when they have a flare up. If you are coming in to manage an issue, it is normal to need a few visits. One time a month is typical for maintenance. We see people either one time a week, or one time every two weeks when working with an issue. We then space treatment out over time as things improve with the goal of discharging you. Please ask your therapist about what is right for you.

Member Referral Program
You are the best source of referrals. As a thank-you, Members can receive a $20 off Wellness Sessions for each new member or guest they refer. This includes any family and friends co workers etc. When referring please notify us so we can put it in our system.
Membership Rules, Terms & Conditions
All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Membership Services – All memberships include your choice of a one hour massage stretch or healing service and $10 upgrade for facials each month.
The monthly membership price is currently $90 per month prices are subject to change with notice. Members are able to receive a discounted rate on additional sessions.
Pricing for these additional sessions are available in the pricing page on our website.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.Members are allowed to transfer a session to a family member, friend etc, once every 3 months.
Rollover Sessions– Any unused services will automatically roll over . Upon termination of your month to month membership, any unused sessions will be available for 6 months .
Membership Freeze & Cancelation– A membership may be frozen for up to 6 months or canceled upon request you must send written notice via email to: info@caseyhealingwellness.com
Casey Healing Wellness must be notified via writing about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
Guests & Members must follow clinic rules and regulations. Casey Healing Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
